1. When are you open?
We are open from 8am – 4.00pm Monday to Friday
2. Is it easy to park?
Yes, we have plenty of free parking spaces available.
3. Are you open on Saturday?
We are not open on Saturday; however, if it is impossible for you to come to our offices during the week please ask when placing your order and we maybe able to help you.
4. How do I collect my goods?
If you have ordered and paid for a ceiling Rose or a small order of cornice you will need to come to our premises in Mead Rise, Templegate, Bristol for collection. Call into reception and someone will help you with your order.
5. Do you deliver the cornice?
We will deliver bulk orders of cornice free of charge within a ten mile radius, please ask for details when placing your order.
6. How do I fix a Ceiling Rose?
Ceiling Roses are fitted with galvanized screws to the joists. For an extra hold it is advisable to also use an adhesive which we can provide for you at a small extra charge. Always ensure prior to drilling holes in your ceiling rose that the ceiling rose is on a flat surface.
7. Do the Ceiling Roses have electrical centres and how do they work?
Yes, we sell specially designed ornamental electrical centers. They are sold separately. The centers are screwed into place onto the backplate provided and should be installed by a qualified electrician. Note: Not all ceiling roses have electrical centers (these are prefixed CR).
8. How do I fix a chandelier centre?
Chandelier centers should be installed once the rose and light fitting are in place. They are glued to the ceiling with plaster adhesive and made good. Note: Not all roses have chandelier centers.
9. How do I fix the cornice?
Cornice is fixed to the joists with a combination of galvanized screws and cornice adhesive. All joints and mitres are made good with fine casting plaster.
10. Where do I get the adhesive?
We can supply the adhesive, please ask when placing your order.
11. How long is the cornice?
Our standard lengths of cornice are 3 metres long
12. Do I get discount for bulk purchases?
Yes, we offer discount for bulk orders, please ask for details when placing your order.
13. Where are you?

14. Do you do lime plastering?
Yes we do traditional lime plastering
15. Do you survey damaged ceilings for insurance claims?
Yes, one of our estimators will visit your premises and offer a free comprehensive survey/report.
16. Do you offer a consultation service?
Yes we offer a consultation service. For a full report with recommendations please contact our sales staff for an appointment and more information. This service is chargeable.
17. Does the online shop contain your full range of products?
No this is a selection of products. There are more products in the catalogue which you can download from this site.
18. I only have a small piece of cornice missing. Do you do small jobs?
We do anything from a couple of metres of cornice to whole castles. It is worth knowing that your cornice may be unique to your house.
